M. Chris MANNING, VICE PRESIDENT 

Manning has more than 25 years experience in historic preservation, having worked on projects in 11 states and the District of Columbia. She has a B.S. in Historic Preservation from Southeast Missouri State University and an M.S. in Historic Preservation and an M.A. in Anthropology (focus in Historical Archaeology) from Ball State University. Manning is a founding member of THPA. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Overfield Tavern Museum.

Terri is dedicated to preservationist and community advocate with a deep passion for safeguarding history for future generations. With over 30 years of experience in human resources, in addition to supporting to marginalized communities, Terri brings experience in leadership and service. As an original member of the effort to save Trinity Church and a second-term board member of THPA,  Terri manages the THPA website, ensuring the organization's outreach remains strong. She is a proud parent of six and a loving "Mimi" to 18 grandchildren, cherishing family and community in all aspects of her life.

MARTIN STEWART

Martin Stewart is a native of Miami County, born and raised in Staunton Township.   A graduate of Miami East, he spent four years in the US Navy at Submarine Base San Diego.  Returning to civilian life, he earned a business degree from Edison State and went to work as a mechanical engineer at EES Facility Services in Dayton in 1978.   Rising to the position of Vice President, he retired from EES in 2024 after 46 years.   A long time member of the Troy Historical Society he has served as a trustee for over 20 years.  Relocating to Troy in 2018, he became involved with Unity for Trinity in their successful fight to save the Trinity Episcopal Church on Franklin Street.    Martin was one of the first members of the Troy Historic Preservation Alliance formed in 2021 and was appointed to the Board in 2023. “ 

LORAINE WYATT

Loraine Wyatt is an advocate and entrepreneur based in Troy, Ohio. With an MBA in Non-Profit Management, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges. As one of the original board members of THPA she played a key role in organizing it as a 501(c)(3) and served as its first treasurer. Loraine remains deeply involved in her community, serving on multiple committees to support the efforts of the Troy Historic Preservation Alliance (THPA). Now retired, she continues her advocacy work, particularly for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, and is active on various social media support platforms.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Loraine is passionate about preserving history—not just for her family, but for the entire community. Her dedication to service, preservation, and advocacy reflects her lifelong commitment to making a meaningful impact.
