THPA is pleased to announce its upcoming art auction, “Palette of Preservation.” This auction – a fundraiser to help support repair work at the IOOF building/old Miami County courthouse on West Main Street – brings together artistic talent, community spirit, and a shared commitment to preserve and promote Troy's rich heritage.  The contributing artists  are embracing and reflecting the spirit of the IOOF/old Miami County Courthouse. The online auction will be open to the public, and those who are the winning bidders will own completely original artwork that helps to tell the story of this beautiful historic building.
